Support Connection Level 1
Hunter Valley Support Services offers Support Connection services.

Support Connection is funded by the NDIS to help a Participant understand their plan, connect them with local NDIS service providers and mainstream supports, in order for the Participant to maximise the total value of their plan.

Support Connection should increase a Participant's capacity to be able to understand their NDIS plan.
Support Coordination Level 2
Hunter Valley Support Services can offer you Support Coordination: Level 2.

Support Coordination is funded by the NDIS to help Participant's navigate the complex NDIS system. Support Coordination is to connect Participant's with local or mainstream services, provide assistance with NDIS reviews, monitoring budgets and expenditure, and most of all maximising the Participant's value for money from their NDIS plan.
Accessing the Community
Social and community activities can increase a sense of belonging, connection and inclusion, as well as confidence and safety.
Hunter Valley Support Services offers assistance to people with disabilities to access social and civic activities that may bolster your skills and confidence, have fun and enjoy your lives. This might include support work such as meal preparation, visits to markets, parks and gardens, and day-to-day support.
Social Supports
Hunter Valley Support Services can support you to try new things or continue your existing recreational activities while engaging with your community.
This includes hobbies, recreation, leisure, sports, arts and community programs such as volunteering. We can help you participate in social events and sports activities, local events, festivals and shows, and joining in social events.
Transport Services
Hunter Valley Support Services can help you move around your neighbourhood, town or city. We provide support to travel to, and attend, your medical, school or job appointments.
